New Barefoot Bowls!
Thanks to a $1,000 Sporting Club Grant from the Victorian Government, Rosanna Bowls Club has been able to upgrade our barefoot bowls equipment!
Our new colourful bowls sets replace the old black ones and come in a range of sizes—including smaller sizes to better suit women and players with smaller hands—making them perfect for everyone to enjoy. The grant is part of an initiative to inspire more women and girls to try bowls, and our new sets are already proving a hit on the green.
The new sets are now available for use, so come down, give them a go, and see how fun barefoot bowls can be! Free coaching is also available for anyone wanting to learn the basics or sharpen their skills.
